§ Approach · Methodology

The work, in order.

Four phases. Assess. Plan. Implement. Train. We don't skip the first two, and we don't leave before the fourth is real.

  1. 01

    Assess

Two weeks of listening before we recommend anything. We interview your operators, sit with your data, watch the work actually happen, and quantify the waste in dollars and hours.

    Duration2 weeks
    DeliverableWritten readiness report, 24–36 pages
    PriceComplimentary (qualified) or $2,500 flat
  2. 02

    Plan

A roadmap is a sequencing exercise, not a wish list. We stage initiatives against your fiscal calendar, staffing reality, and tolerance for disruption. Every line has three numbers: cost, payback, confidence.

    Duration1–2 weeks
    Deliverable12-month phased roadmap
    PriceIncluded in assessment
  3. 03

    Implement

Fixed scope on first engagements, retainer thereafter. A senior operator from our side owns delivery. You approve every release. We ship in 60–120 day windows, not 18-month programs.

    Duration60–120 days per initiative
    DeliverableLive systems, documented
    Price$15K–$35K fixed, or $8K–$18K/mo retainer
  4. 04

    Train

Role-based training, certification, an internal champion. We stay until your team runs the system without us. If they can't, we haven't finished — and we don't bill for the extra time it takes.

    DurationRolling
    DeliverableCertified team, SOP library
    Price$2K–$2.5K per session; $18K cohort
§ Principles

Five things we won't do.

01

Sell before diagnosing. No proposals before a written assessment exists.

02

Charge for discovery twice. If you engage us for implementation, the assessment is credited.

03

Hide pricing. Ranges on the site, specifics after scope. No bait-and-switch.

04

Ship and vanish. Training is a pillar, not an upsell. The engagement isn't done until your team runs it.

05

Use your data to train models. Your data stays yours. Full stop.
